Rovira Suites

Our two nights here were a perfect transit through Dumaguete to catch our flight. It is conveniently located 1.4 km from the airport, only a 15-minute walk or 6-minute trike ride. It's also within walking distance (about 10 minutes) to local shopping areas, including City Mall, where we could stock up on basics like sun lotion and mosquito repellent at Watsons, and eat at a small selection of local eateries (mostly canteen-style options). We appreciated that the area is quieter than the main town, about 3-4 km, or 10-15 minutes away by trike, where the Cebu bus terminal, Robinsons, and the pier are located, but we had everything we needed nearby within walking distance. The pool, shared areas, and rooms were clean, with housekeeping available on request. The food in the hotel was of very good quality at reasonable prices, so we enjoyed eating Pinoy food there. The WiFi and hot showers worked well, and the beds were comfortable. There was enough storage for our things, and we liked the ambient lighting in the room, as well as the small balcony with comfortable seating overlooking a jungle next door. There's also comfortable communal seating overlooking the pool, with ceiling fans, which is nice.

The room was clean and extremely comfortable. The pool area was clean and a comfortable area to relax in. The food I ordered was delivered quickly and tasted good.
